When making an order we also request credit card or other payment account information which are maintained in encrypted form on secure servers. We do not share this information with any third party except for those companies responsible for processing credit card transactions for us.

We will only share personal information with other companies or individuals where we have your consent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund your transaction in full.

  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return (see above).

  • Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.

  • We love our customers and want to keep people happy.

    We set out to do everything right and delivery is one of the important ones! We know you want to receive your bonkers order with no fuss so you can get on with getting it on… We go to great lengths to make this process as smooth as possible and want you to get in touch if you have any questions, queries or quibbles.

Our Guarantee

We want you to receive our products in the same condition as it left us. Any orders damaged during delivery should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving them. They will be replaced or refunded.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard & Visa, Amex) through the secure online store www.bonkers.co.nz and the name Porsche Blondie will appear on your cardholder statement. We use the the STRIPE payment system, which offer a secure method of payment. If you have any concerns, or would like to make a special arrangement for payment please get in touch. All purchases (within NZ)  through the online store include GST.

Returns – Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receiving it along with the reason for return. If the reason for return is deemed appropriate we will refund the product purchase with in 7 days however the postage will not be refunded.

Delivery

Based on our standard terms no delivery will be made until full payment is received, and all freight (or international freight) addresses, and customer details, are clear and unmistakable. We accept no responsibility for return freight costs if customer addresses have been provided incorrectly through our online store and customer purchase process.

We ship products within 1-3 business days following the receipt of payment and they are forwarded within by a reputable New Zealand freight company.

Note: Please email us with any specific freight requirements you may have. For example: Bulk orders (over 12 units via our website order process), Delivery by a specific date OR other requirements you may have. We will let you know whether or not we are able to meet your special requirements.

Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges in the country of destination must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us you are considered as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Exchange rate fluctuations

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.


Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are processed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we know orders sometimes need to be changed, we can’t do it for free after a certain point.
